Overview

Tungsten Reserve Corp. is a Canadian tungsten and molybdenum company focused on the restart of past-producing assets in British Columbia.

The Company is anchored by the MAX Processing Facility, an existing brownfield processing facility with key infrastructure in place that operated at commercial scale through 2011 and provides an established foundation for renewed production.

The Company’s approach is centered on a capital-efficient restart strategy, leveraging existing processing infrastructure rather than pursuing greenfield development. This enables a more direct path to production through the integration of nearby feed sources, including the MAX Mine and the Jersey Emerald tungsten deposit.

Tungsten Reserve Corp. is positioned to supply critical metals to Western markets, with exposure to both molybdenum and tungsten—key inputs for defense, industrial, and energy applications. The Company’s asset base, infrastructure, and jurisdiction provide a practical foundation for near-term production and longer-term growth.
