Proven Operating History

Restarting the MAX Processing Facility to re-establish tungsten and molybdenum production in North America.

A capital-efficient path to near-term supply based on existing infrastructure.

Tungsten Reserve Corp. is advancing the restart of a previously operating tungsten and molybdenum system in British Columbia, centered on the MAX Processing Facility, the Jersey Emerald tungsten deposit and the MAX molybdenum mine.

The MAX Processing Facility operated at commercial scale until 2011, with established processing infrastructure. The operation was placed on care and maintenance during a period of weaker commodity prices.

Jersey Emerald was historically Canada’s second-largest tungsten mine and has an un-mined tungsten resource that is open to expansion.

Located in British Columbia, these assets combine an existing processing facility with  mineral resources in a stable mining jurisdiction.

Core Strategy

01
Processing-First Strategy

The MAX Processing Facility will provide a central hub for tungsten and molybdenum processing, enabling integration of multiple feed sources without the need for new mill construction.

02
Strategic Metals Focus

Targeting tungsten and molybdenum, critical inputs for defense, industrial, and energy applications with constrained Western supply.

03
Brownfield Restart

Restart of past-producing assets with existing infrastructure, reducing capital intensity and accelerating timelines.

04
Tier 1 Jurisdiction

Located in Canada, providing regulatory stability, infrastructure, and secure access to Western markets.

By anchoring the strategy around an existing processing facility, Tungsten Reserve Corp. can integrate regional feed sources and accelerate the path to production while reducing capital requirements.

Integrated Asset Platform

MAX Processing Facility

The Company’s central processing hub in British Columbia, historically operated as the MAX Mill, forms the foundation of the restart strategy and enables integration of multiple feed sources.

MAX Mine

A past-producing molybdenum asset co-located with the MAX Processing Facility, which will provide an initial source of molybdenum feedstock for restart operations.

Jersey Emerald

Historically Canada’s second-largest tungsten mine and has an un-mined tungsten resource that is open to expansion.

Path to Production

01
Restart MAX Processing Facility
02
Initial feed from MAX Mine
03
Integration of Jersey Emerald and additional sources
